By making a successful purchase, you accept our Return Policy.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact info@paoruizshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds are not allowed. All sales are final.
We accept returns for exchanges only, on full price items and within 10 days of receiving the order.
All orders placed during online sales and promotional periods are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If products are returned despite this policy, the items will be sent back to you.

Merchandise must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped to receive a refund. Please ensure your items are returned new and unused. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase with the order number.
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return and exchange to be processed. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Our portal will always offer you the cheapest rate, however, you can return your items to us via a chosen courier/mail service. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of shipping for your records, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
